“I found it easy to use and easy to follow and being in my seventies that is a bonus.Also if I had got the wrong one it would have been so easy to return it.I loved the condition of it it looks brand new .Excellent service”

“Sent phone with no option to specify that SD cover was loose, easily fixable, but obviously should be factored in price. Received revised offer of less 8% of the original price offered (Unlocked device, not a single scratch), completely unacceptable offer ofc. My guess is that once they have the item people are more likely to just accept this counteroffer rather than give you a fair price, hence why they're often at top price offers.”

Hello, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. Having looked into your order, we can see that your item was originally listed as being in good condition. When your device was received and tested, it was found to be faulty due to the waterproof seal being damaged, as well as the back of the device being smashed. Due to the damage to the device, it was regraded to faulty and a revised offer was made. As the revised offer was declined, the item will be returned to you, free of charge. Kind regards, mM CS
