“I must admit I was very nervous about selling my mobile phone through an online agency, as I had heard that they never give the initial price quoted. I needn’t have worried with Music Magpie, they made the whole transaction so easy, all I had to do was go to the post office, sit back and wait. Their communication is second to none, and sure enough as soon as they received my phone the amount that I initially accepted was paid into my bank account. First class service in my opinion. I’ll definitely use them again.”

“Sold my iPhone X to music magpie. Couldn’t have been simpler - fill in details of the phone, agree a price and sell. An email was received with a QR code for the post office who printed a label with the address and postage paid. All I had to do was box it up. Paid agreed price when they received it. Brilliant!”

“So easy to do, register, scan the book code, put books in a box , print free label, hermes collect box, get paid straight into bank. OK you don't get the best prices, but saved me all the hassle of listing on ebay and books don't generally generate a hugh amount, so I was very happy and will use again.”

“sent a box of dvd`s and they told me some where not useable and therefore they will not pay me for them but will be keeping them.watch out guys and read the small print (terms and conditions) There was nothing wrong with my dvd`s i checked before i sent them.will not be using again”
