“Ok service but twice they’ve lost items sent to them. It’s annoying when this happens as the customer has no way of proving what was sent. The first time this happened the customer service took ages to get back to me.”

“I have sold many CD's/DVD's over time with MusicMagpie and the main improvement is that they pay you much quicker than before. The sad news is that they now doubled their minimum trade-in value from £5 to £10. With many items valued at around the 5-10p mark, it's going to take some quantity to get up there. It will be interesting to see how this developes. I think they will lose a lot of sellers”
