“Quick delivery (V Good), but all the discs were heavily marked (Poor) No damage, but would be better customer service if you cleaned the discs on receipt / before dispatch to customers. Spent ages having to clean all the discs I bought.”

“You'll never get rich from selling your CDs, DVDs and books on Music Magpie, but if you've got a boxload of them just taking up space in your house and you can't bring yourself to listing each and every one on eBay, then this is a great option. I've sold to them twice, and both times the transaction's been very smooth, they make it very easy (I dropped the box off at the post office down the road and Hermes did the rest). Their Twitter support team are very responsive too, and now they pay you on the day they receive your items. I'd do this again.”

“Revised offer for phone saying casing damaged.it was as new since protected from day 1 £ 125 became £37.50. I gather this is not uncommon.hopefully going to get it back as I sent it.”

“Mostly very good but have received two DVDs that had rather badly damaged cases. Cases being the main reason for purchase, in much the same way as buying a book (as I could just download the films etc.) Large rips and holes. :(”
