“I sent in two phones. One of them for some reason had a red flag against it so that order was placed on hold until the red flag against the phone was removed. I absolutely understand why this was done. There was no mention of the other phone I had sent in so just assumed this would be dealt with once the other phone could proceed. I got the red flag removed within a couple of days. I chased several times for payment but each time I was told it was being processed. After a couple of weeks of chasing I got really fed up and formally complained. I eventually got paid for the second phone sent in and had to complain again to get payment for the phone that originally had the red flag. It took weeks to get payment !”

“My items were received in good time (before the cutoff for same day payment) but I wasn’t paid same day. In fact I had to wait over the weekend until the following Monday. Having said that; Once funds were cleared I received them promptly and with no problems.”
