“Sent my perfect condition S8 + always been in a case had an email stating that it had damage to the casing which is lies Thier price then went from £172 down to £37 what a complete joke. Just had email sent to me with a picture. Of the damaged part. Very fresh scratches in the side of the phone near the power button. I have pictures of my phone which clearly shows no damage there. This can only have been done out of spite I will take this to the small claims court as my pictures and yours are clearly different”
