“this last purchase from magpie hasn't made me happy, there was no mains plug supplied with my playstation 2 and despite trying to message them on their site and chat I have had no response, I will be thinking twice befoe I buy again”

“I ordered the sweeney box set as a gift for my dad, I ordered it 3 times & had to mess about with refunds etc before it finally arrived, then I managed to bag the clone wars box set, that never arrived & I had to be refunded, now the sopranos blu ray box set I managed to buy second hand has not arrived & oh yet another technical delivery & refund....yes they are quick to refund you but that isn't the point DO NOT PUT THINGS UP FOR SALE IF YOU CANNOT HONOUR THE DEAL!!!!!!!!!! PS this has happened to me many times...”
