“I sold two items and everything went smoothly. Only criticism: They claim that they pay the day they received the item if it is received before 2pm. The second item I sent in arrived very early in the morning according to the tracking information of the parcel, but they only confirmed arrival late afternoon of Friday, which meant payment was made on the following Monday. It was not a bit deal at all for me and I would absolutely recommend MusicMagpie.”

“I have had loads of dvds’s, Xbox and PlayStation games laying around for years. So after having a clear out I was surprised that I actually raised a fair bit of money. Have done this twice in one month, was so easy to scan all the items and label up the boxes. Once I sent off the box, I received the money in my account within 5 working days excellent service!!!”

As mentioned, your item was regraded from good condition to faulty due to dust in the camera meaning the camera was not functioning properly. When a device is regraded, a revised offer is made to reflect what we're currently offering for a faulty condition device. “Used for first time - very impressed with ease of use of the app. Value offered not brilliant and on some not really worth selling - but if you want to dispose of unwanted cd's as I do its a quick efficient service with my paypal account (my choice of receiving account used) credited the day after they received and inspected the cd's. Worth bearing in mind MusicMagpie pay for postal cost which is a positive. Will use again.”
