“Oh boy where to start! You receive $1200 in an agreement to have them. Sell your house. In return, they put a lien on your house and hold it ransom. So you are unable to refinance. Or take out any loans without paying them a hefty sum to release the lean, they put on your house. Once you pay them off, you are clear of the agreement and should be released from this agreement. NO! they don't release the lien until you nag them and harass them and demand that they do it. They don't provide paperwork saying they did do it. You are stuck with them holding your house ransom longer. Do not enter any agreements with this company. They have no conscience and no soul.”

I hired Real Estate Agent and Broker Teresa Roberts (License #: BRE #01996900
Company Name: MVP Realty SoCal)
to sell my house. She could NOT sell my house but still demanded a commission for the sale! She then filed a frivolous lawsuit against me for a $104,000 commission even though she did NOT sell my house.
This lawsuit is public and can be viewed at online: LASC Case No. 20STCV13284.
During this transaction, not only did she FORGE my signature on a disclosure, she also brought me a fake PHONY buyer. The buyer had no money, NEVER ordered an appraisal, and NEVER even attempted to get a loan during the entire transaction. He NEVER provided me with a valid Letter of Intent, a Pre-Qualification Letter, a Pre-Approval Letter, or an Approval letter! The Buyer basically did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING during the entire transaction and yet she sued me for $104,000 commission on this transaction.
If I had known about Teresa’s PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY, I would have never worked with her.
