Don't connect to phone. Tried multiple devices trying multiple techniques. Tried getting hold of customer services with no reply. Useless

Rubbish, cheap but there’s a reason for that, very hard to get connected to your phone, the product in the instructions isn’t the same product you get and only one ear phone works. Very poor

Terrible. Faulty product. Recieved later than expected. OneWouldnt charge up. One charged to 98% other to 2% and would not charge any further. Sent back day after. 4 weeks later still waiting refund.

I never received the order and no response to the email I sent about where it may have gotten to or about receiving a refund and the website is no longer active. Seems to be a scam 🙄🤔

DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered earbuds and they were never delivered. The company kept sending emails saying they had problems and asking me to be patient. Thank goodness I paid by PayPal who were able to intervene and get me a refund. This is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had.

Not even worth one star. DO NOT order from this website. Once you’ve asked them for a refund or sent more than one email they do not answer back to you. Such a disappointment and disgusting website. Needs to be shut down ASAP

I have ordered the item a while ago, was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago and it hasn't, no matter how many times I have contacted customer service they keep ignoring my emails yet they still made sure to take the money out. Highly unprofessional

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a pair of MyBuds which were loose in the charging box and would not charge. I contacted supplier and was told to return for either refund or a replacement. I did this at the beginning of August and gave had no response from them despite several emails! They have NOT responded to any of my emails.

I’ve not even received my airbuds and I ordered them 3 weeks ago!! 2-4 business days it says which is why I brought them. No reply from anybody via email to get a refund or the whereabouts of my headphones. Appalling customer service I would never recommend them. If I could give a 0 I would.

Don’t buy from this company I have been waiting over 2 months for a delivery Nothing has arrived even though they keep promising to send it. I’ve asked for a refund more than once and not received any response from them, so avoid them at all costs.
