“It would be handy to find out what the damage was & the insurance Co who dealt with it. I need an engineers report on the vehicle to get properly insured again. How do I get that information?”

“Paid for the basic check at £1.99 then had to upgrade to get the HPI that I wanted. you could make it clear at the onset that you need to pay the extra to get this.”

“Best £10 I've ever spent. Car was cat d write off . Gumtree and eBay listing didn't mention it. They also weren't fussed about removing the ads.”

“Quick and easy to use. Only downside it says vehicle history, unfortunately it only shows the most recent and not the history in the silver option. Feel a little let down as History normally mean more than the last transaction.”

SO that we can improve our product, it would be really useful to understand which particular elements of information you'd like a full history of, or those you would expect to see. in some instances, it is impossible to have a full history, as data suppliers only provide the most recent data, not all data. “Very good overall however, when valuing a car possibly the mileage per year should be lowered to a more realistic amount for such a small engine vehicle. Just a thought however, it gave me peace of mind when buying my daughters car.”

“the info on the car status regards finance and any accident damage made buying much easier, the valuations for forecourt price and private buying prices was very unrealistic and didn't help at all.”

“I was happy with the initial quick response from yourself, when i went further into the transaction of trying to purchase the vehicle something did not seem right in that the person purporting to be the seller was 'out of the country' and was going to get her 'brother' to bring the vehicle to me once the buy it now through e bay had gone through however my firewall refused to allow me to go any further warning me that the so called e bay link sent to me was a phishing site, needless to say I have not gone ahead with the transaction”
