“I took the middle option of the £10.00 report. This seemed to give me all I needed to know about the car. Although the report said there was outstanding finance. This was not the case. I could not sort this out on the day as it was a Sunday and the Mycarcheck office was closed so I phoned first thing Monday. The customer service guy phoned the finance company on the spot and told me the record was out of date and the finance had been cleared so I could go ahead with the purchase. I am told other sites are more up to date with this info and I would not have had this inconvenience with them. However apart from that delay the service was very good. As I have not had to go through a claim I cannot comment on their handling of such. I will use them next time.”

“The application would not work on my iPad. I spent ages trying to get the information in to buy the report and eventually had to use my computer at home. So zero for the application and only time will tell as to the accuracy of the information provided”
