“It did what was required. However what I was looking for was history of any minor insurance claims (or big) which I think every Garage should report to a central point. There is a lot work done without going through the insurance companies which is missed when buying a second hand vehicle. No problem with the My Car Check.”

“It gave me peace of mind, it wasn't clear right away what I was getting for my check but worked it out before I proceeded. I was going with AA but payment wasnt secure site so thats why I ended up here”

“It's a little vague and not so reassuring when every section starts with "our records show" it doesn't help the purchaser to understand just how reliable and comprehensive "our records" are. Also after I paid and got a report on my phone and found myself in front of the vehicle and it's owner, I couldn't bring up the info as it had gone off my phone screen and I was left with a box with which to start all over again and felt under pressure in front of the seller and felt a little panicked, when I did finally find the info I had to scroll down loads of pages and couldn't find key bits of info I was looking for to check on the vehicle, it would be better on a couple of pages and have all info on them relating to it and at the bottom have any links for upgrading this and that and not located in amongst the primary information that you need on the day.”

“This is a great website and very easy to use and navigate. There was a glitch over Christmas where I couldn't use the site and emailed the company and they very swiftly after the new year replied pleasantly and to my entire satisfaction. I Reccomend Car Check I would deafly recommend this site. Also the HPI check's and stolen vehicle facility is very reasonably priced at £9.99. I have recently used the RAC to perform these checks at £14.99 both checks failed with the RAC and I'm currently awaiting a refund. I would definitely Reccomend My Car Check C J Walden”

“it would help if someone could answer me a question about a finance on a certian car i have put a deposit on,what i am trying to say i paid for the gold package,was asked to phone your call centre,which i did,always being asked to wait to speak to a advisor,then being cut off,this happened all day,is that it take peoples money and dont give them the service, you say you give”
