“Very good level of information for buying an older vehicle to see and fully understand the history rather than relying solely on the seller. Beware of the Platinum option as on the vehicle I was enquiring about no extra information was available for the additional premium paid. Therefore I will be contacting customer services for a refund down to the Gold package!”

“The report was in depth and has helped me understand the background and history of the vehicle I am buying. Having been notified that there was outstanding finance on the vehicle by this check, I approached the garage and they confirmed inside 24hrs that this was incorrect and that they would be supplying an HPI Cert with the vehicle as proof. So I question where the financial information comes from but on this occasion it was not accurate. However, at the time the garage were not 100% sure and only found out by carrying out their own check. So the check was well worth the money paid. I now know that the car is original and a safe purchase.”

“I was having problems logging onto to my account after I registered. I decided to phoned in and the chap I spoke to was very helpful and sorted out my logging in problem. He then explained what I get for my money. Also he read out the car report in full detail. I didn't get his name but he is a credit to your company and I would highly recommend your services to others.”

“Helpful to know about finance and that not insurance write off which is why I use it. Some other info ( mileage, MOT etc) available from dvla web site. Very quick and easy to use and text service really useful to get quick summary. It's worth a tenner which is a couple of beers to make sure you don't buy a dud!!'”

“My Car Check should give more detailed figures on the mileage of vehicles as recorded by their previous MOT certificates. This information is freely available from DVLA website, but my car check only gave mileage figures for the past two years which had been rounded off instead of accurate figures from when the vehicle had its 1st MOT. I had to check this myself on the DVLA website whilst my car check could have easily done this for me as part of the premium service I purchased.”
