“The product arrived quickly and was as described. I unfortunately however, was unaware of the interaction blue lotus and sertraline (anti depressants) can have. I ended up in hospital for 3 days with Seratonin syndrome, which can be fatal in extreme cases.

“As a perfumer and experienced user of high quality essential oils in a professional capacity for over 20 years I was impressed with the Mimosa oil and delighted that it was an Australian sourced oil. The gardenia absolute however made me feel ill and something about it did not sit right. My body usually tells when something is not pure or has been adulterated, I had a headache and nausea when smelling it and made the mistake of trying to blend it with some other organic high quality essential oils to try and soften it but it just wasted my expensive raw materials as nothing could redeem it despite a full day of blending and trying to illuminate it and exhalt it through a blend. I'd give the Mimosa a 5 star and the gardenia (CELESTIAL ® GARDENIA ABSOLUTE INDIA ESSENTIAL OIL - Wildcrafted - Gardenia jasminoides) 1 star hence my 3 star review.”
“The service is excellent, I sent an email two months ago regarding a product and have not received a reply from my herb clinic, so that's why I gave this store acceptable star. Product; Moringa powder is good but there is always little grains of sand (not a lot) in the product which is not acceptable. But the price for this product is very reasonable.”

“Hi, happy with the quick delivery, but a little disappointed that the products origin was not made clear.I bought Pectin powder assuming it would come from Queensland apples but it came from China. Not sure what's in it and whether to keep it or bin it. Thanks.”
