“A lovely pendant and necklace. Came in a nice presentation. Only downfall was I asked for engraving on the back which was not as definite as it should have been, was difficult to read, so disappointed with the engraving.”

“The St Christopher arrived very promptly and I was happy with the size, design of it and the price. I was also happy with the words on the back of the pendant, but I wasn't happy with the scratchy feel of the words, the surface felt unfinished. The pendant was a gift for my partner. I wanted to return it but he said it was okay. But I didn't think it was okay.”

“The service was fantastic and I received my st christopher the day after I ordered it. However I found the st Christopher slightly thinner than I had expected and the corner edges a bit too sharp. I only hope when my son is old enough to wear this that it will not dig in.”

Hiya Many thanks for your feedback we really appreciate it. Customer feedback is very important. These are our biggest sellers and we have not had any issues with the corners so sure it will be fine. We do put all the dimensions of the item on the product page, but will ensure that we add more photos to show the thickness. Many thanks again

“I was disappointed in the fact that I had requested engraving on this piece. The birth date and date of passing of my daughter. I had inadvertently put 2000-1998.. it should have been 2000-2008.. although this was my error initially I am very surprised the mistake was not picked up and I was not contacted to correct it! This was a Xmas gift for my son who is in the army and going away on tour and I now obviously cannot give it to him. The actual st.christpher is quite nice although a little small. But if no use to me anyway!”

“Goods were great but dealings on placing order not customer based. No discount although I wanted 10 items. was then surprised as discount given for repeat orders over 1. after receiving very quick service.I also wanted different names on reverse but would have to order each separately whichwastoo time consuming.”

“The service provided was excellent. Gift arrived far quicker than expected, and beautifully packaged and presented. I am very disappointed with the item, however, as the bracelet is very flimsy and not at all masculine (I did get the male bracelet!). My son is slim, and the bracelet fits him only adequately. The sterling silver talisman looks a little 'plastic', but the inscription (which was the most vital element in this purchase) is excellent.”

“Very good service. Quick delivery. Pricing was complicated. It was an xmas present for my boyfriend but by Feb the silver tag had become a bit blotchy and dirty looking. Not happened to any other silver jewellery he wears.”

Hiya As per the care card included with your purchase, Sterling Silver can tarnish, which is a natural process. Please give it a quick clean with any silver dip like Goddards and it will come up like new. Silver dip is available in most large supermarkets. Many thanks Customer Service

“Not worth the price . It's very small about the size of a drawing pin . Should of read the size as picture is very deceiving . Highly disappointed . But the person I gave it to liked it so that's the main thing .”

“Cannot fault customer service at all and would have given a good or very good rating but product still not 100% even after I had to send it back. Ordered an engraved dogtag St Christopher with the upgraded anti tarnish finish and was extremely pleased as it only took a couple of days to arrive from ordering. Upon opening though I was disappointed as it was scuffed around the bottom edge. Phoned the company immediately and I emailed them a photo. They responded very promptly, apologising saying they are unsure how this could of happened as items are checked prior to despatch and they would polish it up if I sent it back and refund my postage. I did this and again was really surprised how quick I received it back and had an email saying my postage had been refunded. 10 out of 10 for customer service and the product is a lot better than it was, polished up lovely but it's still not perfect and I can still see a few scuffs and haven't got time to send it back again. Overall ok and would buy again.”

“Positive: 3 stars Great selection Very easy to select products Quick delivery Negative: Minus the 2 stars - You would have got 5 stars The engraving on the back of the medal had not been smoothed. It was very rough, almost bitty to the point of a splintery feel. Disappointed-Yes”

We are glad you are happy with the website and the service you received. The engraving does not feel smooth as we engrave very deeply with a diamond to ensure that the engraving will last a lifetime. We apologise if this is not what you were expecting, but it will soften over time.
