Where can I read reviews for John Crossland Stonemason based in Chesterfield

I hired a roofer via my builder who did what appeared to be a good job,was pleasant to deal with and tidy so gave a good review He gave a long guarantee Several months later some water started to come in so I contacted him He could not see where the fault was so asked me to phone him if I had any more problems Now I have water pouring in all over the place so contacted him and he promised faithfully that he would come the next day(today)II have furniture stored in the garage and was concerned that it would get damaged so at lunchtime I phoned to ask if he could bring some sheeting to give some protection and he said that he was not coming although he had not tried to contact me I explained about the furniture but he couldn't care less and said that he did not know what he could do about that and suggested I move it I have lots of furniture in there and the water is coming in all over the place so that is not possible He said that he would come tomorrow but didn't know if he could do anything about it and would not give me any sort of time because he's busy When I pointed out that he had guaranteed the work so was responsible for putting it right he said that it was coming in from next door but I have water coming in at th opposite side as well I said that I would sue if he did not honour the guarantee he got very angry shouting down the phone that I was insulting his good reputation I felt very upset and vulnerable and just don't know what I can do I have a beautiful Welsh dresser anddining chairs stored for my granddaughter while she moves house and am so worried that they are going to get damaged while Mr Saunders decides what he is going to do She paid a lot for them and couldn't possibly replace them When I asked him who was going to pay for them if they got damaged he threatened to put the phone down on me I am considering contacting the consumer programme X Ray ,Citizens advice and Age concern,face book but don't want to damage his reputation if there is an alternative I feel so upset and would appreciate any advice you can offer I hired a plasterer through my builder and was delighted with him Iif only all your tradespeople were like him
