“Pritesh was easily contactable by phone to co-ordinate visit timing. I am an electrician myself and had done the install on this particular project but needed an independent EICR. Pritesh was organised and very knowledgeable. He gave me some very good feedback and information about the installation he was inspecting in relation to recent amendments to the regulations. He is enthusiastic and takes pride in his work. It was no trouble for him to explain aspects of his testing and he didn't try and rush things. I will be using him again.”

“I loved the photos - I would advise all investors to have professionally shot photos of property renovations - and use those photos for marketing purposes - no need to rely on estate agents, some of whose staff are not professionally trained to shoot property and portfolio photos. Impressed with the finished results.”

“Great value, did the end of tenancy clean with no complaints from the landlord or check out agent so really pleased it all went well. Also sent me videos of the rooms upon my request, as I wasn’t around when they were let in to do the clean.”
