“Needed an EPC in order to sell my property so arranged for someone to come and carry out the procedure. All completed with minimum of fuss or disruption. Certificate was emailed and registered the following day.”

“Rezaul couldn't attend on the pre-agreed date but he clearly communicated in advance and we rescheduled to mutually convenient day. The work was performed swiftly and without any inconvenience beyond anything described in an email I received before the visit. I had to wait for a week for a copy of the certificate, but again communication with Rezaul was excellent and I got the certificate on the same day I texted him about it.”

“Firstly, what are lovely chap! Far too nice to be cleaning ovens. However, he cracked on and did a marvellous job. The oven is now sparking clean, and I would recommend this company for this service, most definitely. Thank you very much for your help.”

“Lesnik was great, came across London to do the clean, however i was not impressed with my constructor. Someone was supposed to come the day b4 who was ill, so an appointment was made for the next day at 1pm. When I rang at 2pm to find out where they were I was told that they would be there by 4pm. Lesnik arrived at approx 5.30pm when noone was there to let him in. He had not been told to get there by 4pm. Luckily a neighbour was able to let him in. Communication needs to be better.”
