“Great communication, kept us informed about estimated arrivals and things to do when we had to reschedule. Prompt response yo queries and resolutions. The electrician did check all circuits and appliances, found a really critical issue with heat and smoke alarms past due replacement. EICR was issued same day. Excellent service by Proper Connection Ltd.”

“The Assessment was done by Brandon. He called me 30mins before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. I found him to be very professional, polite and curtious. He answered any queries i had. Report was produced and emaied to me on the same day. Excellent service would definitely recommend and use their service again if I require any more EPC reports.”

“Lesnik was great, came across London to do the clean, however i was not impressed with my constructor. Someone was supposed to come the day b4 who was ill, so an appointment was made for the next day at 1pm. When I rang at 2pm to find out where they were I was told that they would be there by 4pm. Lesnik arrived at approx 5.30pm when noone was there to let him in. He had not been told to get there by 4pm. Luckily a neighbour was able to let him in. Communication needs to be better.”
