“Mr Islam, has been extremely helpful he conducted the PAT test and understood the urgency of obtaining the certificate. There was some information missing on the certificate and Mr Islam correct this promptly and ensured communication. Mr Islam has been very helpful and informative regarding the various electrical regulations.”

“I booked an EICR through MyConstructor (TICKET ID: MC-013093) for 29/11/2024. The service provider attempted to rearrange but failed to notify me directly. I had to call MyConstructor myself to cancel and request a refund, which led to an extremely frustrating experience. After an unbearably long hold, I finally spoke to a customer service agent who was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever encountered. When I requested confirmation of the refund, I was told vaguely that it would be processed "sometime next week." When I asked to escalate the issue and speak to a manager, I was rudely questioned about my reasons. I was promised a callback within 30 minutes, which never happened. The fact that MyConstructor took payment before the job was complete is unacceptable. When I queried this, I was met with nothing but hostility. If I do not receive confirmation of my refund by close of business today, I will pursue legal action without further warning. Avoid this company at all costs – their service is an absolute disgrace!”
