“Great experience. Leandro was polite and friendly and kept in touch before his arrival as he had travel delays. He did an excellent job on the oven and left the area around it spotless. Would highly recommend.”

“All good but why didn't he tell us it failed on the day? We could have started immediately rectification, he literally said nothing to us and then issued me two failed certificates. I assumed I had passed considering he didn't tell me I'd failed. Alot of the findings are technical nonsense to me only an electrician would understand, he could have pointed this stuff out and provided a quote for rectification?”
