“As you can appreciate acquiring an EPC isn’t something you do often; however, Phil was very informative about the process and as a very outgoing individual made the whole process very easy. He then sent over the certificate the next day! Phenomenal service and thanks for the chat Phil.”

“All good but why didn't he tell us it failed on the day? We could have started immediately rectification, he literally said nothing to us and then issued me two failed certificates. I assumed I had passed considering he didn't tell me I'd failed. Alot of the findings are technical nonsense to me only an electrician would understand, he could have pointed this stuff out and provided a quote for rectification?”
