“Easy to book online with plenty of time slots and choice of prices/contractors. Good communication with contractor, Pharth Patel (Same Day Certificates), who was very friendly and polite. Survey done in the morning and certificate available by mid-afternoon.”

“George was very professional during our EPC survey. He was on time and extremely knowledgeable - pointing out areas where efficiency improvements could be made in the future. He was very thorough during his survey and the report was completed and available to view very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending him in regard to EPC surveys.”
