“The surveyor Mr, Sadat Sayed was very professional ie Health and safety compliant, diligent with relevant questions and most importantly courteous. The EPC was made available within 24 hours and the outcome is what it is based on his professionalism.”

“Everything was excellent. The only possible improvement would have been a quick check that the boiler was firing after he tested it. Because when I came to turn on a hot tap later, it wasn't. I did the amateur fix, which was to turn it completely off and on again - that did the trick. Otherwise, perfect, a very nice guy.”
