“Very pleasant man. He did a thorough job. Swept the chimney, cleaned the inside of the stove and repaired the collar on top of the stove. I would recommend him and will use him in the future.”

“Service was good, but a little tricky due to Hafsa’s (engineer) poor English. He had my sympathy at the time as I recognise that he may have spent little time in England, but communication was difficult. I didn’t want to upset Hafsa as he must have felt as frustrated as me , but being able to understand each other is crucial for both customer and engineer.”

“We have tenants in the property and they let us know that Nick was lovely, he was on time, prompt, polite and considerate. The certificate was emailed over to us quickly and we were impressed at being to book so quickly around the Christmas period after having not heard back from another provider we had tried to book with. Will definitely use the service again!”
