“What an absolute farce trying to get an oven cleaned. The contractor didn't turn up for the appointment, which when I eventually spoke to him, he didn't seem to see as any kind of a problem. The customer 'service' team couldn't get their heads around a simple request for a refund and a rebooking with another contractor. Two days of emails and still no luck in arranging a cleaning. I've been able to book with another company in less than a minute.”
