“Peter was flexible about the timing of the appointment and was helpful in explaining how the rating worked. He also listened to information about the building to help gain a good understanding of the energy efficiency, rather than just making assumptions. Above all, he was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.”

“Was looking for a cheaper alternative than those recommended by Estate Agents. Blaine was early, polite, professional and cleaned up after himself once he inspected the dusty loft. Gave a full rundown of what was happening with the inspection and possible rating. Would recommend him and the service and will use again in future.”

“Easy to apply for the EPC & pay cash on the day.I was sent regular emails that kept me updated, also a phone call from Carlo to confirm the appointment and time.He was polite & very considerate of my property.
