I ordered a custom bobblehead for my friends 40th Birthday, the bobblehead did not look like the photo, the doll did not look anything like the pictures I gave them. I was completely unsatisfied with my bobblehead. Also the item arrived broken, very late, and looks absolutely nothing like it should. Not custom made - the face and head are pre designed and they add small details.
I wrote to them many times that it was a birthday gift and how important it is, but the bobble head looked NOTHING like the picture, They had 3 attempts to get a likeness to the photos I sent. Neither were anything like them! In fact I couldn’t actually see any difference between the 3!
Do not order from this company. The product will be arriving late from China, customer service is bad, they will give you the run around, and no refund like they promise.”

While their website seems to suggest they are in UK, no they are a Chinese company, not that is bad in itself, but something to be aware of as its not clear when you are ordering.
Very bad communication, either waiting days to respond or completely ignoring my requests. I had to get the head altered twice as they made some very basic errors - eyes pointing in different directions, wrong colour eyes, warping.
The preview they show you is of just the head with no hair, and when I finally got it I realised that they spend about 2 minutes on the hair as they just plastered it on at the far top of the head.
The whole experience of ordering this has been completely stressful and a waste of time.
I bought this as a present for my Wife and when it did turn up, 5 weeks after ordering it and 1 week after her birthday, she hated it.
