“I am quite disappointed with the overall customer support experience. No one is available to answer calls, and even when attempts are made, there is no proper response provided. The website too is not properly managed, making it extremely difficult to initiate or track returns and exchanges. For customers, this creates a lot of frustration as there is no clear communication or assistance. A brand should ensure that after-sales support and customer service are given importance, but unfortunately, that seems to be missing here.”
