“Quality is not so good. At first they seemed a good company, but after buying from them, I faced issues and when I wanted an exchange, they charged me extra which they said they will refund as it was charged because of a technical glitch. And they said they will do pick for an exchange, I waited for 3 weeks and tried contacted them every second day for 21 days but they kept lying and they stopped answering on the part that they need to refund my 60Rs. Pathetic customer service and totally lying bunch of people they are.”

“I received the shipment, and one of the items was an XXS shirt, which I believe is a gift from your side. However, it won’t fit me. Please arrange for an exchange or provide me with a 2XL t-shirt instead. I have no use for the XXS shirt, as I am not married and don’t have any kids nearby to give it to. When I raised this issue with my designation team, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. It seems like they are just misleading customers and damaging there own reputation.”
