“Be aware!! Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t buy from this company unless you’re absolutely sure about the material, sizing, and that it’s exactly what you want because you won’t be able to return it. They’ll make it incredibly difficult even to exchange sizes, and all they do is refer you to their return policy on the website.
I ordered this dress online, and as we all know, we can’t feel or touch the material when shopping online, so we don’t know how it will look or feel on our body and skin. I paid nearly $1,000 to have it shipped overnight for a big event. I usually wear a size small, but the dress was way too small, too heavy, and irritated my skin. When I contacted the company, they simply pointed to their return policy, which only allows for size exchanges, not full returns. Don’t you think that’s unfair? We have no way of knowing how the material will feel before buying.”
“I wish I can give no star they are unreliable and dishonest, I bought dress from them and the size was too large I contacted them and they told me their policy only to exchange with different size I accepted so I told them I wanted by 5/14/2024 they told me they would ship the dress as soon as they get the one I have so I went right away and I shipped back by the fastest way on my cost so they can recive it on 5/7/2024. I heard nothing from them until thursday 5/9//2024 I contacted them to confirm the receipt and the exchange processed and shipped they confirmed they received it but they will be send it within 1 business day however i didn't received anything on friday so I decided to contact them on monday 5/13 with one day left to my event and they replied tell me they will ship it today. after back and forth I found out they didn't have the size I want and they had to order it and they received it late on friday so they missed the shipping window.. firstly they where dishonest by saying the have the dress secondly they neglect to ship it in saturday which is lack of customer service and promising to get the dress between 1-3 days now I lost money because the won't keep the dress and refund me and I lost time because me event tomorrow and not sure what to wear.. Don't recommend this business I'm so frustrated and angry 😡”
“I bought a long Jovani brand party dress, but they sent me a fake dress, the fabric is of very poor quality, the seams are very bad, the fabric is not the same not the color.
They sent me a dress that is not what I ordered, it is an imitation, I spent more than $700 with taxes because the dress was sent from the United States to Guatemala.
In the attached photos you can find the original dress that they offer in brown and everything they sent me of poor quality in beige too different.”

I am shocked by the poor reviews. It is industry standard to my knowledge (and I’m not in the industry) that formal dresses typically are final sale under any circumstance - most places don’t even allow store credit or exchange for any reason. My advice to anyone reading the bad reviews about sizing is to look up the designer specific size chart & go off of that if available. All of mydressline’s policies are really clear on their website; I really appreciated their transparency.
From the start I had shipping questions. I reached out to the via WhatsApp & they were kind & quickly responsive. Being an anxious person, I wanted to make sure they had my dress in stock because I had not found it anywhere else in my size. They were again very kind, even though the answer to my question was available plainly on their website. My dress was shipped on time & received in perfect condition. It is beautiful & I cannot wait to wear it. So thankful for mydressline - their customer service, shipping practices, and selection are unmatched. I’m in the market for a new formal dress about once a year & so are several people I know - I will be a return customer & be recommending mydressline to anyone & everyone who will listen! 🤍”
“Do not buy from mydressline! The $400 dress came thrown in a box. No tissue, No thank you notes. (Dillards comes with tissue and a note and the dress I got from Dillards was only $40). I asked to exchange for another size as it is NOT true to size that the website states. They would not do an exchange or store credit! I should have read the reviews before buying!”

“After reading these reviews I have to say I am upset that I didn't check these before I made my purchase. Seems like I had the same bad experience as other have here.. bought a $500 dress for my son's wedding that I won't be able to wear, and I refuse to take a store credit! I found a dress I loved online and could not find one store close to where I lived that carried it so I ordered it.. Big mistake! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Waited days to even get a response via email from her. I want nothing to do with this woman whatsoever! She just keeps repeating the same thing over & over again.. "we don't do refunds, I can check with the manager to see if we can issue you a store credit..." Wait.. you have to check with Management to see "IF" I can get a store credit??!! Who is this manager?

“My friend ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress from this company. Tragically, she passed away very suddenly two weeks after the dress shipped. I contacted the company for her grieving daughter and was told to send them an email with the dress information. I was told if they got a request for the dress, they would buy it from her daughter. The representative refused to say whether they would pay the full amount. What kind of company refuses to make an exception to their no refund policy in a situation like this?”
“Horrible experience. I specifically asked them about the dress sizing to make sure I order the correct size. They told me the dress runs true to size so I ordered the dress that fit my waistline of 30”. The dress arrives and the waistband is 34”. The entire dress is massive. The measurements of this dress correspond with the Mac Duggal size chart of a size 10/12. Not a size 8
You are putting your trust that they know the sizing of the dresses that they sell.
As they have a no refund policy, you either pay them a “insurance fee” or you get stuck with a credit for a poor fitted dress after they lied about sizing.
They were a not helpful at all. I would not recommend this company at all.”
“The minimum amount to pay for their dress is 300 USD, yet they don't have a return policy, only for sizes issue. And they will make pay for shipping the old dress and shipping the new one.
