They sent me a dress that is not what I ordered, it is an imitation, I spent more than $700 with taxes because the dress was sent from the United States to Guatemala.

I am shocked by the poor reviews. It is industry standard to my knowledge (and I’m not in the industry) that formal dresses typically are final sale under any circumstance - most places don’t even allow store credit or exchange for any reason. My advice to anyone reading the bad reviews about sizing is to look up the designer specific size chart & go off of that if available. All of mydressline’s policies are really clear on their website; I really appreciated their transparency.
From the start I had shipping questions. I reached out to the via WhatsApp & they were kind & quickly responsive. Being an anxious person, I wanted to make sure they had my dress in stock because I had not found it anywhere else in my size. They were again very kind, even though the answer to my question was available plainly on their website. My dress was shipped on time & received in perfect condition. It is beautiful & I cannot wait to wear it. So thankful for mydressline - their customer service, shipping practices, and selection are unmatched.
