I'm really sorry I can't leave less than one star because they deserve it. Hi everyone who will read this truth about my energy that connects to the Zappi charger using that application. I had big problems in April with the Zappi charger for ev, I could not connect the charger to wifi so I could not control the charging of the car. CT could not connect to the Zappi charger, I turned off the main switch and waited up to a minute for the Zappi to reset but that did not help either, I tried in many ways but everything was in vain, I called octopus because they sold and installed the charger they did not help at all, they are still messing with me, we lost control of my house, it made me even angrier because when they took my money for the charger and other things then everything was fine but when I need help I never get it, it is not fair at all. On April 13th I tried to call my energy but there was no way I could get through to them, I sent several emails but no one ever replied, I left a message on the my energy app saying I needed urgent help because I couldn't charge my car with the Zappi charger but I used the standard UK three pin plug to charge my car when I needed to because I had to. I got an email from my energy yesterday 07/06/26 and they apologized for the delay in responding but it's almost two months late and they think an apology is enough for that. So I have to say I would never recommend the Zappi charger or the octopus company to anyone because I am not happy with them at all, that feedback they have is definitely fake or bought in some way. The worst service I have ever had in my life from them and I am 65 years old. My honest advice to anyone who needs any of these services is don't let yourself have all these problems like I did, I paid £1,400 for a charger with installation and I charge my car with a three pin socket so I have to wait seven days for my car to charge. I've owned the Zappi wallbox for about three years and the Libbi 20kWh battery storage system, installed in August 2024. Aside from the fact that the devices go into error mode when a software update is pending, my battery storage system completely failed after only 14 months of operation, following a software update by Myenergi. No service representative (difficult to reach and sometimes uninterested) could resolve the issue, and of course, the inverter manufacturer was blamed. It took a full six months before they finally programmed a working software version that fixed the problem. While they were "very diligent" during those six months, making all sorts of promises, Myenergi then offered a €100 Amazon voucher as compensation. My conclusion: Myenergi doesn't understand its own devices and is completely helpless when things go wrong, and they even lie to their customers. I would gladly return this entire piece of junk

Incredibly difficult to contact for an end-user. I have a problem with my Zappi drawing energy from house storage batteries instead of grid. Query form asks Qs that are impossible to answer. Online Chat is 'unavailable'. Phone has 30 min min wait time on hold. This makes the service effectively useless. And I pity the poor people working there. Their incessant messaging tries to get you to use their 'AI'. It's a practical joke and is useless for all but the simplest of queries that you can more easily resolve on Google. Their hold messaging also nags you to take out an extended warranty. They want you to pay more? For more of this? I don't think so!

3 years with Zappi 2 car charger all good. After recent installation of Libbi battery the experience is awful. Battery very eratic sometimes charging when it is "stopped". The battery control in the app is severely limited, no charge/discharge program only discharge manual on/off. Grid charging only functions when a cheap rate tariff is setup, but then it's in charge mode for the whole period, charges to full, ignores the max charge setting. 2 requests to support (they ignore forum discussions) with no help the first time and no response the second time. This has become the worst commercial decision I've ever made. Useless software, useless support. Never again. Do not buy.

Appalling company. 11 months over 100 emails 4 engineer visits, 1 replacement zappi and it still doesn't work properly. Myenergi have walked away from their responsibility and want to remove the device for a fraction of what it cost to install. If you still want to consider it then be ready for impossible phone waits, incomprehensible manual and inaccurate app. You're left on your own.

Product ok. Training dept absolutely incompetent. Registered for training day got email with zoom meeting details. Comes to the day Ive been given incorrect meeting id I wait 10 mins on phone No answer. What a waste of time and money. Fitting Zappi 2 tomorrow but never again
