“This company is still at it. Importing terrible products poorly made from China. Ordered Japanese cookware from a convincing enough site and was immediately stung. The company police it’s negative reviews and spend an inordinate amount of time and effort getting them removed.They don’t make the same effort contacting the customer.The product I eventually received was junk better suited for landfill. The price for which was exorbitant.Avoid.Avoid.Avoid.Cunning misleading company.”
“I would have given it a better rating but yeah not good quality! It’s more like a comforter than a futon. When I got it I was frustrated but since it’s most likely not going to be returning to them I might as well make it worth while. I’m gonna get a trifold mattress so I can put the thing over it so it has more support than just a comforter.

Had no idea it's coming from China. They sell Chinese products, not Japanese. Quality is horrible. if I knew this, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Shameful to say the least! Don't buy online from them!! Very frustrated & annoyed with the service received so far.”
