“Chinese products for sale here, falsely marketed as Japanese. I ordered the "10 Pairs of Chopsticks Morioka", and the website says these are "Japanese wooden chopsticks". Morioka is a city in Japan, so the website clearly indicates that these are Japanese chopsticks. But when I received them, the box is labeled all in Chinese, and the manufacturer is identified on the back of the box as being from Zhejiang province, which is in China, not Japan. False advertising! If you are looking for Japanese products, look elsewhere.”
“I wish I read the other reviews before buying as well. The site deceived me and I thought I was getting quality products for what they were priced at. HUGE MISTAKE. My cushions were as bad as dollarstore cushions and they were packaged awfully as well. Do not fall into this trap. Save yourself the headache and avoid!!”
“This company is still at it. Importing terrible products poorly made from China. Ordered Japanese cookware from a convincing enough site and was immediately stung. The company police it’s negative reviews and spend an inordinate amount of time and effort getting them removed.They don’t make the same effort contacting the customer.The product I eventually received was junk better suited for landfill. Had no idea it's coming from China. They sell Chinese products, not Japanese. Quality is horrible. if I knew this, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Shameful to say the least! Don't buy online from them!! Very frustrated & annoyed with the service received so far.”
