“Ordered from Springfield on 13 April (€181.98), received 20 April, returned €97.50 worth on 27 April — well within the return window.
Returned via An Post with proof of posting. Other items on the same receipt all arrived, so postage wasn’t the issue.
Springfield are now refusing a refund unless I provide a “warehouse-stamped proof of delivery” — which is not mentioned anywhere in their returns policy and isn’t something a customer can realistically obtain.
They also do not clearly state that returns must be sent by registered/insured post.
I paid €15 to return these items and am now being denied a refund based on a requirement that was never disclosed.
Be very careful — use tracked/registered post if returning, as proof of posting may not be accepted.”

I bought a jacket on the 20th of December 2024 today is 30th of December 2024 so simply in 10 days a jacket that bought expensive to be broken almost everywhere , buttons are broken, cane out of its place, didn't even hold on the second day of use and already pilling is redicilous, and of course now I can nonlonger return a product that is complete waste of money.
