I do not recommend MyTransfers based on my recent experience at the Athens airport. Their policy is to wait one hour at the airport which can be highly problematic for international travelers who may experience delays due to customs and baggage claim. Our international flight arrived at the gate at 1:53 PM and the driver notified me at 2:45 PM that my hour was up and he was leaving the airport. We had been in contact and he knew we were waiting for our luggage. We received our luggage at 2:50 PM and I notified him that we were on our way to the meeting place, but he was already gone and did not respond to texts. When I contacted MyTransfers customer service I was told to take a taxi and write to their quality department later to request a refund. Their quality department advised that they were very sorry but would not refund my fee. I am very disappointed in the service provided by MyTransfers and recommend international travelers use Uber instead at the Athens airport.

I’m providing this review having given Mistertransfer the opportunity to respond to my complaint and concerns but have had no response. On 28th June I arrived into Palma airport having booked and paid for a transfer with Mistertransfer. The additional time it took to get through customs and delay with baggage collection meant we got into the arrivals hall approx. 45 mins after landing. This is where it gets confusing, so bear with me 😊 I had arrival details from mistertransfer indicating where we should meet the driver. While going through security I received a message from another number claiming to be our driver and asking where we were, so I messaged back and said we were on our way. After that, I received another message from a different number also claiming to be our driver. I missed this second message as I was focused on getting out to our driver. In the arrivals hall, we went to where mistertransfer told us to meet the driver, and there was a guy holding a sign with my full name on, so we went to him. I confirmed our hotel with him and he didn’t seem to speak much English but agreed that was correct, so we followed him out to his car. Once we were on our way out of the airport, I realized I was receiving messages from the other number, also claiming to be our driver asking where we were. I replied and said there must have been a mistake as we’re already in our car. We then worked out that the car we were in was not booked through mistertransfer but was from a company I had only enquired with for a quote, but didn’t confirm a booking with. The driver didn’t seem surprised this had happened and immediately turned the car round and took us back, at which point I asked the mistertransfer driver to please wait as we were on our way. But it was apparently too late. I had missed in their terms and conditions that they only wait 60 mins following arrival, and after a few phone calls to them to explain what had happened I got hung up on twice and told that no, you will not get a driver and you will not get a refund. We had to find another taxi and pay for another transfer. I emailed mistertransfer to explain my concerns around firstly, the 60 mins waiting time from arrival. This would have been fine before the new entry requirements but is not enough now. Other reviewers from the UK have not made it through customs fast enough and their driver has also left them high and dry. They need to change this or many UK customers will have this issue. Secondly, there is clearly an issue with other taxi companies trying to jump in and get business from quote requests, without being formally booked by customers. This is either something the companies are all capitalizing on (since they can legitimately leave customers behind if they are too late, and then move to a different job) or it must be causing them issues. A good solution would be for them to give the details of the company and driver they have booked to collect you ahead of time. It’s clearly not enough to say where they will collect you from as that’s where this other company’s driver was waiting, and I didn’t see another person there holding a sign with my name on it. I suggested they provide a refund or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, and at least respond to the negative experience we had due to the lack of clarity between different companies, but they failed to respond at all.

A Warning to Travelers: Abandonment and Near-Disaster Do not risk your safety or your flight with Mytransfer company. I have been a customer of MyTransfers / Clevertryp Transfers S.L. for over 5 years, but after my recent experience, I must warn you: you are gambling with your safety and your schedule. 1. The Abandonment (Arrival): My driver in Cancun was like a ghost. I was told he’d be at the entrance in a blue T-shirt, but he had effectively dissolved into thin air. When I finally reached him by phone, he explained—with total indifference—that he had already "eloped" with other passengers. Stranded in a foreign airport, I was surrounded by "helpers" who speak just enough of your language to sell you a ride at an incredible cost. I was told to hire any taxi and promised a refund—a dry, businesslike promise with zero apology. I paid $317.14 for an emergency taxi (4x my booking cost). The company has since refused to reimburse me. 2. The Near-Disaster (Departure): The return trip was a nightmare. The driver was 30 minutes late. I will never forget the terror on my wife’s face as we realized we might miss our plane. We were seconds away from paying triple for a hotel car when the MyTransfers vehicle finally arrived. It was a "vintage" masterpiece: a cracked windshield, broken AC vents, and torn seats. The driver was enormously professional:he performed two jobs simultaneously: steered with one hand while eating french fries from the box, laying on the steering wheel. We went from sweating to turning cold when he slammed on the brakes—dropping his potatoes—just a meter from the car in front of us. 3. The Insulting Resolution: I spent a lot of time communicating with "Daniela" and "Daiana," who I assume are undercover agents; they guarded their last names and titles with more security than a nuclear bunker. I’m still not sure if I was talking to "Quality Control" or a polite AI programmed to say "No" in three languages. After admitting the service failed, they offered a pathetic 20% refund on the return leg. Between the original booking and the emergency taxi, I spent nearly $480 and received back only $97. Their "help" cost me $400 and a year's worth of stress. The Warning: Any successful transfer with this company is a rare happy accident. Do not put your friends or family in this dangerous situation. A company that hides its management and its responsibility does not deserve your trust. Be afraid, MyTransfers. The public now knows how you treat your loyal customers.

We booked the airport transfer with Clevertryp Transfer via mytransfers.com. The airlines changed our flight schedule. When we contacted Clevertryp, there was no mercy and no negotiation at all for us to rearrange our taxi pick up time. We gave the company £130 for nothing!!! It wasn't our fault. We couldn't reschedule our taxi pick up time within the 24 hours notice. Never use Clevertryp Transfer. It was very disappointing.

We had a delayed flight so we were concerned with our pick up. MyTransfers state they will monitor flight times and adjust accordingly however I spotted in the terms that this isn't guaranteed if the delay is over 3 hours (which ours was) unless you let them know. I contacted them via whatsapp (the only method available) and informed them of the new arrival time. They stated it wasn't a problem and the driver would be there. As you muight have guessed, there was no driver and we were stranded at the airport and had to find alternative travel. MyTransfers refused to refund us and stated we are classed as a 'no show' despite them not arriving. No matter how I presented my case, their response was the same and we just went round in circles. AVOID.

I booked a transfer with MyTransfers for €68 based on their website advertising free child seats. After booking I contacted their customer service to confirm the child seats and was told I would need to pay an extra €10 per seat per trip (adding around €40) despite the “free” claim. When I raised this concern the support team gave me the run-around, suggesting maybe I might not need the child seat in Thailand. They provided an escalation email address but I have had no response for over a week despite multiple follow-up emails. It is unacceptable to advertise one thing then attempt to charge extra after payment, and then ignore the customer when they complain. Until MyTransfers honours the “free child seats” offer or issues a refund for the surprise charge I cannot recommend their service. Families should check carefully what “free” means and insist on confirmation in writing.

ABSOLUTELY disgusting service! DO NOT BOOK with this company they are UNREALIBALE, UNTRUSTWORTHY and NOT PROFESSIONAL! We made a booking to be picked up from JFK Airport to our Hotel. When we arrived the driver was NOT waiting for us as agreed by our contract at TERMINAL 4. We asked an airport advisor to contact the driver on our behalf due to our signal not working well and he tried to tell the driver we were waiting at TERMINAL 4. Eventually the driver text and said he was waiting at TERMINAL 8 (THIS WAS NOT THE ARRANGEMENT). Due to the driver not understanding English he then sent a text stating he was leaving. We NEVER got picked up the driver never arrived. Since returning home I contacted MyTransfers Customer Service who have totally blamed us and said we were a NO SHOW and refuse to refund us even though it was the driver’s fault he was waiting at the wrong terminal. Also we had already booked a return trip back to JFK Airport, we booked and paid for a Large SUV for 6 suitcases. Unfortunately when the car arrived they did not provide a large suv and even the driver struggled to put 4 suitcases in the trunk. There was 1 passenger in the front and 3 passengers squashed in the back very uncomfortable we could not even put our seatbelts on as the car was small. MyTransfers Customer Service again will not accept that they have made a mistake and said 6 people and 6 suitcases could fit in the car? (NO WAY UNLESS THEY SAT ON THE ROOF). I have requested them to give me the contact number of the CEO of MyTransfers Company but now they are ignoring me. I would NOT recommend this company I believe they are a SCAM and do not care about customers. If I could leave 0 STARS I would. BOOK WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I believe the 5 star reviews on their website are fake. Also CLEVERTRYP are connected with MyTransfers and also have bad reviews.

Im only leaving 1 star because I have to. Dont use them. Rude, disrespectful and dishonest. I tried changing my pick up due to a change on my flight that is beyond my control. And when you try to change the date, their sight charges a fee. And they charged me twice. No refund even if it’s beyond your control. Spoke to a very rude woman through chat - Milagros. Unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Horrible , dishonest company. They do not care about providing a positive experience but about keeping and ta your money. Stay away.

I booked a transfer for two passengers arriving on different flights and clearly provided both flight details. When one of the flights was delayed by one hour on the day of travel, I emailed MyTransfers immediately with the updated arrival time. Despite this, the company still based the waiting time on the original schedule and ignored the updated information I provided. We were only a few minutes past their one-hour window when we arrived, but the driver had already left. When I called, the driver simply said there was nothing she could do. MyTransfers then told me to call their local partner, and the local partner told me to rebook entirely. No solution, no assistance, no accountability. Because of this lack of coordination and support, we missed our scheduled tour for the jubilee and had to pay extra to arrange alternative transportation at the last minute. This experience was extremely disappointing. If you expect reliable service, real-time support, or even basic consideration for unavoidable flight delays, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I booked a private transfer (Booking No. 2057506) from Girona Airport for my family. The driver never showed up — I waited for more than one hour, made several calls that were ignored, and finally contacted their support. The support agent explicitly told me to take another taxi and send the receipt for reimbursement, which I did. Later, MyTransfers refunded only the original booking cost but refused to reimburse the taxi expenses, even though their own employee instructed me to do so. They keep hiding behind their “terms and conditions,” ignoring the fact that they failed to provide the service and gave misleading instructions. Their communication is slow, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I would never recommend MyTransfers — unreliable company, no accountability, and no respect for customers. If something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

Awful experience with MyTransfers. The driver was not at the pickup point, even after multiple calls to customer service. They kept promising “five more minutes,” but the driver showed up an hour and a half late, with no sign, no apology, and a bad attitude. All the other companies were there on time with signs and organized pickups, but MyTransfers left me stressed and waiting. Customer service promised a 40% refund that was never processed—after several follow-ups, they refused to honor it. Avoid this company. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Use anyone else for peace of mind.

I booked and paid for a private minivan transfer that was supposed to fit 4 adults and 8 suitcases. Instead, the company sent a much smaller Toyota RAV4 that couldn’t accommodate us properly. Half our luggage didn’t fit in the trunk, so we had to hold bags on our laps for the entire ride, which was uncomfortable and unsafe. The driver himself was punctual and polite, but this doesn’t change the fact that the service delivered was not what I paid for. When I raised the issue with the company, they refused to acknowledge their mistake, offer a proper apology, or provide even a partial refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend using this company if you expect to receive the service you actually book.

Review: I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. Despite booking well in advance (April for a September transfer), the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. We were instructed to contact the driver through WhatsApp—completely unacceptable for a professional transfer service. After waiting over 20 minutes on the street with our luggage and receiving no proper assistance, we were forced to take a taxi at the last minute. This left us rushing to the airport and at risk of missing our flight. When we attempted to hold staff accountable, they hung up on us. The pickup location was a well-known hotel with clear instructions, so there is absolutely no excuse for this failure. What should have been a seamless transfer turned into a stressful, frustrating ordeal. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and book with a more reliable provider.

My transfer got cancelled at 23:01, prior to the day when I was suppose to travel. This happened after I asked them to confirm that I am going to receive the type of car I have paid for (obviously they realized I will not accept a sedan when I paid for a minivan). Note that everything was paid a month in advance... Avoid them at all costs!

Absolutely terrible service. We had a pickup back to the airport scheduled for 9:30am. We had been waiting outside our address with our suitcases since 9:20 to make sure we wouldn’t miss it, and the driver never arrived. I contacted the customer service line via WhatsApp and they gave me the name and contact information of our driver. I messaged her several times, with no response. By 9:45, she responded telling me to contact another person. I ended up informing her and the customer service line that we will just take a taxi as we cannot be late to the airport. At 9:47, a third number messaged me saying he was on his way and would arrive by 10. Later, he deleted that message on WhatsApp but I had taken a screenshot when I received it. I have been battling with customer service for two weeks now and they keep insisting that we no-showed our ride and are not taking any responsibility or providing a refund despite all the screenshots and evidence I have of us waiting. I will never use this service again.

The driver was a no show. On the first call to customer support, I was told the driver was 5 minutes out. When it became clear that wasn't the case, the hotel called a taxi to drive us to the airport. I filed for compensation and no one has even acknowledged my request. There is no customer service. You can't talk to a rep about your claim and they just ignore your emails. The initial transfer of 344 euros was paid months ago. The last minute taxi ride to the airport cost 708 euros.

I was wary of putting my trust in anyone again after falling victim to an online fraud. However, BellGuarding Dot Com turned out to be just what I was looking for. Throughout the recuperation process, their staff is extremely encouraging, informed, and open. I was reassured at every stage as they handled my issue with effort and care. Bellguarding.com stands out as a light of dependability in a world when trust can be difficult to find. Strongly advised.
