No need to worry about credit or other things that you think may be holding you back from obtaining a home. NACA will get you the keys to your own front door.”

“NACA has been the best assistance corporation to help me get a home ! they are attentive, responsible, honest, and great customer service ! recommend 100 % !!”
“I am currently working with NACA agent submitting documents ects. They require a lot of documentation but they are very thorough. I have a great person assisting me with application process. Very effective it is worth the wait for no down payment and no closing cost, I'm really greatful to this corporation for this opportunity.”
“I am in the NACA process currently! I am really excited. The process is very tedious and invasive when it comes to your finances, but I am grateful that they ensure you can afford your home. This is my first time buying and the first time anyone in my family is buying, so I need all of the handholding I can get for this first property! I am worried that I may not qualify for much because it is just me, but I am hopeful and praying that this process exceeds my expectations! Thank you.”
“Currently going through the NACA process again to get qualified again as my qualification expired. It has been a long process, but staying hopeful that it will be worth it in the end!”
“I've given them over 2 years of my time. I've done everything to comply. What NACA does is consistently find different ways to deny me of the opportunity of receiving a mortgage. They enjoy charging me money to constantly run "soft pulls" on my credit. They particularly enjoy having me pay annual fees to remain compliant with their demands. And their communication is absolutely atrocious. It takes months to schedule a meeting. They never answer their phones, or emails, unless you spend over a month of consistently calling them. They are the worst run program I have ever had the misfortune of working with.”
“We started with NACA in late October, got qualified within a week, spent 3 months saving up for our payment shock. Started looking for houses in late January and our offer got accepted in early February. We are about to go into final underwriting. Our NACA counselor Angela and NACA agent Brandi have been phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better team. Trust the process!”
“I am in the process of starting the NACA program and I am excited so far its been a smooth and seamless process getting the needed information together.”
“I’m still in the approval process but my counselor Tiffany Hickman has assured me that I will be approved. There’s a lot of information needed but I know it will be worth it in the end.”
““
I'm a first-time homebuyer, and so far, working with NACA has been a smooth process. I’ve been working with Patricia Woodbury, Barbara Simon, and Sharlene Slater who have been very helpful during this process. I’m looking forward to continuing this journey with them!”
“I'm currently working with an Amazing counselor who is assisting me to get qualified to purchase my first home! This program is truly a Blessing! I'll be back to post pics of my new home!”
“NACA has been a life changing experience so far. My wife and I are still in the early stages of the program but at the very least we have been able to take a good look at our finances to make a realistic decision on our home purchase.”
“I am a first time homebuyer and I found the NACA program through a Reddit thread. There is a process to the program, however, it is a great way to be an educated homebuyer. I am impressed with the experience thus far, and I am looking to purchase a multi-family house. I had my first meeting with my counselor Kevin and he is so nice and helpful with my questions! Great people make great companies. I really appreciate this organization for making homeownership a reality and not just a dream.”
“I'm a first time homebuyer, and was referred to the NACA Program. After researching the corporation and its history, I was intrigued and energized to dive into this process of homeownership. I attended the online workshop which was very clear and informative. I recently had my first intake appointment with my counselor, who has been with the company for over a decade, and is very thorough and knowledgeable. So far so good.”
