Returns - Difficult

Now I am stuck with a jumpsuit that I gave to my daughter as a christmas gift and it is too small!! $600 down the drain! Honestly, what does the company have to lose by simply allowing a return and a store credit and extending holiday returns.

But the returns manager page is not working! It says I don't have the correct order number (but I tried every combination possible) or the website is loading for hours and nothing happens.

My complaint in the whole process was the returns process.

Simple & easy returns are the publicity they have on their website, but if you are international it's not the case.

When trying to use the returns manager, the only option provided is to send it to the local post office at my own expense (which is unreliable).

Ordered 2 dresses. The dresses were lovely but didn't fit me correctly. One was to big and one to small. I sent them both back via DHL. I have e mails to say both dresses have been refund but absolutely no money has appeared in my account or my partners account who paid for one of the dresses. Returns is a pain and a week later we still don't have any money back even though we have e nails stating the money has been refunded.
