Hi,
I am emailing you on behalf of the company Nadine Merabi. One of our client negative reviews under the name Chereen has been trying to get her review removed but has said she can't do it and has not got anywhere with your company. She has sent me a screenshot from her email stating she gives permission to have this removed, I can send this over to you. Can you advise how to move forward on getting this down? It does seem odd to me that clients cant remove reviews themselves if required? Also, I can see we have received two positive reviews yesterday yet these are not showing up, when I type reviews.io nadine merabi into google it shows 15 reviews available but when I go onto the actual website they don't show and I can only see 13, again I can provide screenshots. Please can someone get me to me on the above two points ASAP. Thank you
