“I was very impressed with the service a received. I had ordered some personalised necklaces for my bridesmaids from H samuels. 4 days before my wedding they called to say they could not deliver them until 3 weeks after my wedding day. I called Name necklaces Direct who were very understanding and who stepped in, made and deliverd the necklaces on the Saturday over the Easter weekend for my wedding on Easter Sunday. First class service and a first class product. I would reccommend them and would use them again. My bridesmaids who are 6 and 8 loved their gift. THANK YOU!!”

“Excellent service! I was looking for a specific name necklace which a lot of other company's didn't do! I phoned up this company to check if they could make a necklace of my requirements and also if they could help through the order by doing it over the phone. The lady was soooo helpful and did this for me. I've received the necklace and i am delighted with it! I can't wait to present this to my daughter on her 16th birthday as she has been saying for a few years now, how she would like her name with the initial of her surname in capital at the end, as that is how she is known by everyone. She is going to be so surprised and happy! Thank you so much. I would definately recommend this company 100%”
