“Seriously slow. I placed an order on 29 July and the tracking tool tells me cheerfully that my package is in the Netherlands - I'm in the UK. It's now 1st Sept. It's taken so long, this review request arrived before the product! Here's to hoping the product is as good as the wait has been long.”
“I will never used Name Bubbles again. I placed an order back in July for 2 sets of stickers (both of my kid's name) and the tracking number said it was delivered on August 16.....but I didn't receive it. I have emailed customer service TWICE to see if someone could help me but I have yet to hear back from anyone. My kid's started school 2 days ago and I had to improvise with name tag stickers I got on Amazon.....I am sorely disappointed.”
“I've been purchasing Name Bubbles for about 4 years now. And I must say the quality as reduced greatly. They used to stay on clothing very well and make it through the laundry. But now, every load of laundry has 3-4 labels come off in the dryer (sometimes washing machine too.) For the price, I expect much better quality. So when I need to reorder labels (which will be soon due to the pace they are falling off), I will be seeking other options than Name Bubbles.”

Probably not a good idea to use US Postal Service for international orders ! Or at the very least, offer different options ... as it's the buyer who will be paying anyway.
Poor/slow response to eMails asking for updates.
UPDATE: AFter THREE weeks ... only to find out the package was returned !!!

“I have reached out to customer service with an issue with my order but have received no reply. I don’t recommend ordering due to lack of support. The company’s reply was that someone would contact me immediately. I still have not heard from anyone. At this point I’m not interested in hearing from anyone, but would appreciate a partial refund for the labels that did not stay put.”

“I got the clothing for non-tagged clothes and they barely stay on after one wash. I’ve used your company for the dishwashing safe labels and they are amazing and I expected the same thing with the clothing labels and so I was very disappointed!!! The clothing labels have been terrible”
