“UPDATE: Name Bubbles contacted me regarding this issue I had with my order. Without hesitation, they replaced my order (free of charge) and paid for expedited shipping!!!! They said they take care of their customers and understand that sometimes mistakes happen and they wanted to make it right!!! Amazing customer service - already recommended them to MULTIPLE families at the Chicago NICU I am in and using these labels for!!!!!! My 1st purchase was awesome. So I made a 2nd purchase and thought it looked really good. But half of the stickers didn't come off correctly. The stickers either had the paper still attached or they weren't sticking to the clothing items for some reasons. But the other half were fine. I am not sure what happened.”

“I was a bit hesitant to get these because of how expensive they are, but I've used them on my daughter's items for preschool and so far, they've held up. To be fair, she's only attending 1 day a week. I'll be curious to see if the stickers hold on once she's there more often. However, I do hand-wash her water bottle everyday in warm water and the sticker has not shown any signs of falling off. I'm optimistic that these will last. They are also super cute!”
