“I ordered on March 17, was told 1 1/2 week ago that the order was done and would ship on Monday. It is now April 16th, and no delivery. Did I waste $50?”
We are sorry if your order didn’t arrive on time. We send orders out very quickly but unfortunately Royal Mail, the postal service, have had numerous strikes just lately and this is beyond our control. We process and send orders out but we do not deliver them. Hopefully your order has arrived by now or will arrive very soon
