We are sorry if your order didn’t arrive on time. We send orders out very quickly but unfortunately Royal Mail, the postal service, have had numerous strikes just lately and this is beyond our control. We process and send orders out but we do not deliver them. Hopefully your order has arrived by now or will arrive very soon
