“I booked a course with around 2 weeks before the date . Unfortunately my brand new motorhome I was going to be staying in broke down and was in the garage. I rang up to try and change the date or location and I was told they would ring back. Two days past and I had to ring back only to be told they would call me back. I left it another day and called back. I was then told they would check with their manager and to wait on the phone. I was then told I couldn’t change the date and I lost a considerable amount of money on the course. Real bad customer service and just outright greed to expect someone to pay again.”
“Terrible customer service, absolute con artists, purely there to take money off small businesses. I'm now £140ish pounds down for seemingly no reason. Advice to new electrical firms: GO WITH NICEIC”
