“What a crew - you are very lucky to have such professional and hardworking guys. They never stopped and did everything in their power to provide us with a great building. Darren, Paul and Dave could not have done more. In this day and age, we have become accustomed to having to accept mediocre and it has become pretty much the norm. National Timber Buildings are definately not the norm. The standard of the finished barn is superb and the service provided by everyone, including Edward through the ordering and planning process, has been excellent. We are almost 500 miles from your base in Ashford, however, no Scottish company were able to compare in price and quality for the job, which is astonishing when you think of the travelling and hotel costs for the crew. Thank you from a happy customer. I will be singing your praises for a long time to come.”

“Excellent customer service from the first day we walked in. We had lots of support throughout the planning permission stage and Lee was very accommodating with changes in plans and materials. Build was hassle free with queries dealt with promptly and we are more than pleased with our American barn.”

“Excellent customer service from Grace. Not pushy, just very helpful and checked it with me to see how my decisions were fairing ! We had to get a field shelter very quickly as 2 rescue horses were coming our way and we had no shelter from sun/bad weather, so National Timber Buildings were perfect. Built our shelter, delivered and erected it in the very short time span we had & we live miles away. 100% recommendable all round.”

“Right from my first telephone conversation with Grace I knew I was onto a winner with National. I had been to a local company in Norfolk, but their customer service was poor, they didn't advise me correctly on planning requirements and they gave the impression that they were uninterested in my project. National couldn't have been more different. Grace's customer service was outstanding from the off. Nothing was too much trouble. She answered all my questions quickly and comprehensively. She gave me faith and confidence in a company that I had no previous knowledge of, but had luckily stumbled across online. The whole team is friendly and efficient, and a special mention also goes to Gina, who helped regarding the access and delivery details. The lads who came to install the stable were professional, efficient and polite. They worked exceptionally hard, and were a pleasure to have onsite. The stable was finished in a day and a half, despite torrential downpours, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It's a fabulous stable, my horse took himself into it within an hour of it being completed. The build quality and finish are superb. I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with it. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending National Timber Buildings in the future. Best wishes and thank you to the whole team Sara”

“Fab - just what we wanted... we had five stables and two barn/feed rooms installed about four years ago, so decided that we wanted an oak framed barn.... we were not disappointed. From start to finish the Team were so helpful, the installing went smoothly with the Team not finishing until i was completely satisfied. PERFECT!”
