“Can't faulty them excellent service the only problem we had was they put the wrong phone number down so we didn't get the call to say they were coming but got an email with 2 hr time slot so everything was fine Good quality tiles and cheaper than elsewhere.”

“Great range of products. Easy to select products, check availability and choose the date of delivery. The bathroom sink, unit, and tap all arrived in good condition, and the plumber fitted them with no problems. Slight niggle, pallet delivery is a bit strange for domestic goods.”

“I had to send an email to check if the product was being despatched. A small concern as no confirmation was received, however, it was ordered over the weekend. Quick reply from them, the product was despatched day before and sure enough, it arrived next day. So I was extremely happy.”

“We found the customer service really good, but our plumber had lots of problems fitting the bathroom suite because the bath and sinks did not come with all the pipes and extras he was expecting, this added to the price considerably.”

“Excellent product. The very helpful driver went the extra mile to make sure we got the bath safely in the house. This was a particularly testing delivery for him involving negotiating a very narrow lane. Please pass on my thanks to your driver and give him a pay rise! Many thanks.”
