“I rang for info on one of the few days they say they are open and man the phones. I still didn't get a reply. I left a message but still didn't get a rely. Doesn't fill you with confidence.”

“We purchased from them as they were good value but lack of communication and eventually a threat from paypal saw the product delivered. Not an email or apology for this poor service. My advice would be spend a couple of quid extra and go with a better company. I wish i had read the reviews prior to purchase!!!”

“I ordered a shower tray and plinth kit on the understanding that the plinth could be returned if unused. The refund was refused because they said it was not returned before the statutory (sic) 14 days! Rather sharp practice methinks because this was discussed over the phone before I bought the item and returns policy was not mentioned I shall not deal with this lot again.”
