Not even one star! The WORST customer service I have ever received. Rude, incompetent staff and 21 days for delivery, NOT 2-5 as stated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

*BEWARE!* Owed money by this company - look elsewhere!* I need to start by saying that I've never left a one-star review for any company, restaurant, hotel or other business anywhere, ever. Why? Because I don't like harming people's businesses. I believe that if you are unhappy then you can almost always resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Sadly, despite my very best efforts, this has not been the case with Nationwide Bathrooms. At the time of writing - they have not refunded me money they owe me and are ignoring all messages, emails, letters calls etc. The sorry story started when I ordered a bath from them. This was in two parts - the bath and the bath panel. Initially the bath arrived without the panel (this was an annoying surprise but never mind... it would come). Three weeks later it arrived ... broken. I contacted Nationwide Bathrooms to order a replacement. They asked for photos of the broken panel. I sent them, then heard nothing. I chased again. They asked for more photos. I sent them, then nothing. Meanwhile my plumbers were waiting to fit the panel and I had to rebook them (twice) at my own expense. For the next ten days I emailed and phoned Nationwide Bathrooms most days. My emails were ignored whilst on the phone I kept being told that someone would phone me back. They didn't. This saga became more and more stressful as it went on.Eventually, ignored and desperate, I sent two letters by Recorded Delivery. Again, I heard nothing. This culminated in a phone call in which the Managing Director of Galco Enterprises (which owns Nationwide Bathrooms) told me that I would never receive my bath panel. He then hung up on me. Since then I've emailed, called and submitted a request via their own website for a refund. ALL IGNORED. Luckily the law is on my side and they will have no option but to reply to me when they receive 21 days' notice from HM Government's Insolvency Service following the submission of a Statutory Demand. They've picked on the the wrong person this time ... don't let the next one be you! You have been warned.

This is 1 because I must give something. Appalling service regarding a promised refund. I see chat function has been removed recently and their phones have never worked. I have applied for a Chargeback refund via my credit card company and suggest for anyone waiting on money you do the same. Do not trust this firm with your order.

I am REALLY SORRY i didn't read the reviews before dealing with this company. this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have been waiting since the 13th September for a incorrect part problem to be rectified. It is now 5th December and after numerous attemps to get a response i am still waiting. avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Terrible experience. Ordered a tiwel rail and realised too late that they had added £12 delivery charge. Tried to cancel immediately but despite several attempts via emails which were ignored the item was delivered. Repeatedly tried to contact the company via email and phone - no response. Eventually got through to the sales team and was promised that a manager would get back to me. He never did. Instead I received a returns form. Completed that and returned the item. Received the refund but less postage both ways - which was nearly as much as the rail cost. I was very clear that I wanted the postage returned as I clearly tried to cancel immediately after the order. Absolutely disgusting service!

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID. Please read the reviews, I wish I had. Delivered the wrong product and then constantly lied to, if I could get through, as they cut me off when they recognised my number. Nobody replies to any emails, even the 'owner'. Now cancelled the order and I will go through whatever means to get the refund I am entitled to. Only given one star as couldn't post with none.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE AND ON GOOGLE. They will take your money, you will not have ANY emails, calls or queries answered and you WILL be fighting to get your money back. Disgusting, they should be closed down they WILL scam you. If anyone has paid with a credit card, do what I’m doing and claim through your bank, don’t let them steal your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Avoid avoid avoid. They lie about delivery, lie about dispatch and now I’ve had to raise a dispute with Paypal to get my money back after I cancelled the order. Buy from anywhere else- no matter how bad they are, they couldn’t be as bad as Nationwide Bathrooms.

I made Order No: NWB3/983837A on 15th April 2022. It still has not arrived! It is now 19/5/2022. I keep getting messages about it coming soon. Apparently its in the delivery warehouse......BUT ITS NOT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor service.

Rubbish return policy-wouldn't accept back perfect condition pan because of 'after 14 day no returns policy' You guys lost quite a bit more trade from me because of this!

Customer support is appalling. Queries are DEFINITELY not responded to. Emails are not answered. Delivery was so late, despite assurances that it would be with us instantly, that we cancelled the order - and a week later the product arrived. We should've rejected the delivery - but because the packaging didn't say "Nationwide Bathrooms" we assumed it was from the alternative supplier we went to. Now attempting to return it, it's not going well. Anyone want a 46kg shower tray? Returns process is dreadful.

Website easy to navigate, prices very good, email updates at every stage once purchase in progress. Click and collect service excellent and quick, purchase carried to the car once checked over and put into my boot. Nationwide bathrooms = professional service all the way, very impressed.

A really helpful planning process that was not available in any online retailer. Straight forward, no hard sell, time to consider the purchase, and honesty when needed. Really pleased. Although I haven't fitted my bathroom yet so it may all go tits up.

Failure to return calls or e mails, this firm is shocking if I could give minus 5 I would. AVOID I know some staff personally by name but despite calls and e mails there has been no tangible progress 6 weeks later !

Absolute disgrace. No communication. No customer service. Unable to fulfill orders Over 2 months I have been waiting for delivery for a shower tray, constantly told itll be with you next week. Its not our fault.  Issues with supplier, COVID restrictions,  all very much understandable, but to continuously 'string' us along to say itll be here with us 'next week'. Bearing in mind I didnt get any communication off yourselves, myself and my partner had to chase this at least twice weekly, phone calls and emails. To which we were told - we will phone you back and update you - never once happened!! Then you ask if we would like an alternative, not a problem I guess we'll have a different one - obviously not the one I wanted. But I thought yes ok, resonable if they are unable to deliver the product I wanted then I dont mind having to change, As I need my bathroom finishing (last month).  Then to go charge me the difference of +£120 for being unable to supply the product I wanted in the first place. Unforgivable. Will be advising everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Worst company I've ever bought a product off. (Well tried) A call off the manager or director would be appreciated, but seeing how the call handlers are unablee to call us with updates I know this is as likely as Aston Villa staying in the Premier league and winning it next season.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order over a month ago with them, no email confirmation nothing received but money taken straight away. Sent numerous emails no replies at all until one confirming my order would be with me that week, another week goes by no order received. Again chased and chased finally another reply saying my order would be with me this week, still no order. Sent numerous emails requesting a refunded and no reply received! I expected some delay due to the current situation but not this extent and to be told incorrect information over and over or just ignored.

I have been waiting for my order deliver for one month now.I have contacted customer service a couple of times and the operator hung up on me while I was talking. I have sent a couple of emails requesting to advise delivery day as long as the money were taken right away and I was given different reasons which did not match with the answers given by customer service.I am not the type of person to complaint and I understood the situation right now in the entire world however the service I have received made me write down my own experience so people will know what to expect.I finally received my order today, one month after and the toilet basin has a leak, manufacture defect. This is really frustrating having to wait for so long for something which I can not use at all.I have emailed again and I hope I do not have to wait too long for the answer taking in consideration that I have had to wait one week for answer after each email I have sent.My last email have been ignored completely!

Ordered a 50mm shower waste outlet and paid with Paypal, received a 90mm shower waste which of course was useless, requested a refund but was told that I had to pay for the return of the incorrect item before they would issue a credit. Went though the Paypal resolution process and 4 weeks later got a refund but only for the original cost NOT the £7.34 it cost me to to return an item that was incorrectly sent. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Ordered and paid for a shower tray to be delivered within five days, 4th day a text says go to delivery link, I did, and pressed link, order is cancelled, nothing else, no explanation, nothing. Half hour wait on phone to them, oh its deleted from manufacturer??. you'll get a refund, When I wonder? S--T customer service don't go there, Luckily I paid by credit card First and last experience Worst part I'm a Yorkshire Lad!
